Wikihouse Petit Place

In Zwijndrecht, right next to the water tower and the Oude Maas, stands the first fully modular and sustainable Tiny House called Petit Place. This 40 m2 model home is a collaboration between project developer ISA BEHEER BV and RoosRos Architects.
The unique aspect of Petit Place is that it is constructed with a computer-milled, wooden building kit. The exterior is clad with Loci solar panels that generate 9000 kWh of energy annually. This is more than three times the amount the house consumes!
