These sustainable new-build homes in Obdam were realized for De Woonschakel housing corporation.

The houses are built with various prefabricated elements, including walls, roof, toilet, and bathroom.

By building with prefabricated elements, these houses could be built and delivered within a short period of just 14 weeks.

Block of 6 single-family homes: 46kWp/ 7.7kWp per house.

Block of 3 single-family homes: 23kWp/ 7.7kWp per house.
