Renovation of 30 homes in Midwoud

The 30 houses on Cornelis Haringhuizenlaan in Midwoud underwent a large-scale renovation. The goal of the renovation was to improve the quality and comfort of the homes, reduce energy consumption, and achieve a good energy label.
The renovation included the entire outer shell, including facades, roofs, and floors. The existing masonry was removed, asbestos was removed from the cavity, and high-quality cavity wall insulation and roof insulation were installed. Instead of roof tiles, the entire roof was fitted with the Loci solar panel roof.
The attractive solar panel roof contributes to a significant reduction in energy costs.
The work started in April 2023 and the completion was planned for March 2024.
After the renovation, the houses are future-proof again, with lower energy consumption and a comfortable living environment.
